How do I use this?!
Seriously, I dont understand how to use this app. I assume that I can us it to plan and personalize workouts and keep track of my progress, but I just downloaded it and I want to see what these workouts actually look like so I can plan my week. But when I tap a workout (like treadmill 30 min hill climb, or something) it doesnt give me any info about the workout! How much elevation? How many hills? What speed? How many calories will I burn? Will I lose consciousness if I try this workout, or will it bore me to tears? Is this all scalable when I actually hook up to the machine? Does this mean that I have to spend a bunch of time fiddling with this app while Im standing on the treadmill before I can work out? Bah!! Also, what is with the playlist options? Does the app access the music on my device or is there some wireless stream? Does this even refer to music? How am I supposed to use this app if I dont even understand what it does?! *grumble*
