The university gym I go to changed all of their training equipment to LF and while the change is welcome (the previous machines were old and from disparate brands) the app that is instrumental to providing an integrated experience must be simply pissing off hundreds of students every day. That is if it is performing like on my iPhone, the extensively advertised feature of Apple Health integration (an icon appears at the end of every workout) simply does not work (well I have to give it to you, it worked once then stopped). With this one sale (possibly 100 high end trainers) they could have hired a professional app development team, instead they do not even reply to feedback emails. Shameful to waste such an opportunity.
